Cognation mtb trails South Wales is all about investing in mountain biking. We recognise that South Wales is a top destination to ride and our goal is simple; we want to make it even better.
We are going to improve the current trails, build new trails, renovate our facilities and create a new bike park. All this is going to be done by December 2013.
The trail centres that make up Cognation mtb trails South Wales are Afan Forest Park, Cwmcarn Forest, Brechfa and the new bike park that will be built in Gethin Woods (known as Gethin Park), Merthyr Tydfil. All current trails are looked after by Forestry Commission Wales.
However, there are many more trails and routes within South Wales that are also part of Cognation.
