Y Mynydd consists of one downhill trail (with a choice of lines on the top and middle sections), simply named red run and black run (Red classified as two dot, black as three dot). These are extreme downhill trails and are suitable for experienced riders only.
The trails drop 250 metres through the steep hillsides of Cwmcarn and will push your nerves and skill to the limit.
Originally, designed and built by downhill specialist Phil Saxena of Full Contact Racing this course is arguably one of the most exciting downhill projects in the UK. Berms, drops, jumps….it has them all. Pretty much everything on these trails is rollable and there are a number of line choices so you don’t always have to take the big air option.
An uplift pass is available by booking with www.cwmdown.co.uk.
